How are guitars packaged for shipping?
We use double-walled corrugated boxes and high-grade internal padding to ensure your instrument arrives in perfect condition. Every guitar is detuned slightly to relieve neck tension during transit.
Do you perform a setup on instruments before they ship?
Yes, every guitar undergoes a 20-point inspection and a professional setup by our in-house luthiers to ensure optimal playability right out of the box.
What is your return policy for instruments?
We offer a 14-day evaluation period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund, minus shipping costs, provided it is in its original condition.
Do you offer financing options?
Absolutely. We partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans, including 0% APR options for qualified buyers.
Are the photos on the website of the actual guitar I will receive?
For all high-end and unique wood-grain instruments, we take individual photos so the serial number you see is the exact instrument you will receive.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 50 countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and CITES regulations for specific wood species.
