At Dave's Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; however, if your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repack the instrument or accessory in its original shipping carton, ensuring all original tags, manuals, and protective materials are included.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
